    Back on the bench

New member here. I'm a rancher in Central Texas. I had my hips replaced, which offered me downtime, something I haven't had in a long time. I used this down time to reconnect with my love of shooting and hinting. It's been fun redoing my gun room, expanding the reloading table, and spending time with my rifles and now dabbling in some longer range shooting.

My 2 project rifles at the moment are a Dick's special, Savage 11VT that's been sitting in the safe for years, and a Stevens 200 in 7mm-.08 that i put a Timiney trigger and Hogue stock on.

I look forward to learning and sharing.

    Love me a Savage!
