Hello all. Please forgive me if this is an overdone topic as I am just now finding this group. I have recently aquired the remnants of a classic JC Higgins 101.23, .22 caliber blot action rifle. I have managed to piece together and restore the bolt and other compnents, as well as find original furnature to replace the broken one. However, I am missing one last component to finish this project. I have dug around a good bit but, I am unable to locate a magazine retainer spring. I have located the correct part on Numrich,(https://www.gunpartscorp.com/products/106540a), however, it is out of stock. Does anyone have any other suggestions as to where I might locate this item? It is the last thing I need to have this classic .22 fully functional.

I have a Sears double 12ga shotgun, aka Savage 311. What parts I couldn't find at Numrich I found on eBay.
