Early Savage 99 Front Sight

I was told that the early Savage 99’s had a small dovetail front sight. Can anyone confirm this? I’m looking for a .210 dovetail front sight blade for a Husqvarna rifle that measures .210.

Husqvarna 640 on commercial FN action.
Already checked them and a couple of others. None give the size and most don’t have front sight in stock. Having my gunsmith mill a tall 3/8 dovetail blade to .210 dovetail.

Probably the easiest way to go. The smallest front sight I could find had 1/4" dovetail!
