    Management Permit Doe

Haven't seen an antler yet. But this nice lady gave me a 15 minute hunt while I was sitting on a Dean Torges style tree seat (feet on the ground) and she spotted my head movement when I first looked her way. I thought if she ever gave me a shot (after 10 minutes of not and much foot stomping and head lifting) I would take it.

My carrier isn't so grand. But it still saves a LOT of work. I walk in 1/3 mile (from my back door) down a slope, across a creek, and then back up a hill to a hemlock stand with brushlot on three sides.

But once I get them off the hill and across the creek I. can lift both deer & cart with the pallet fork of my John Deere 1025R.
