Can I swap out factory trigger for RB SAV 2?

Yep
A lot of people will say the sav2 is very finicky to adjust, but I have had many of them over the years and have not had that issue. However, almost all triggers will be finicky if you are trying to get it to its absolute lightest setting. I usually stay off of that a few oz and have been fine.
What do you not like about the target accutrigger? It is a very good and safe trigger IMO.
If you swap out the red blade accutrigger there are quite a few people who will buy it from you.
IMHO, even the varmint accutrigger is better than some of the aftermarket. It is certainly better than the McCarbo I have on my Axis.
And simply mailing any of them to Dave will result in a very good one.
I like my varmint/LE accutrigger almost as good as the target versions!
