6.5prc, eldx 143 and RL25

hi guys, just trying to work up a load for hunting. picked up a box of eldx 6.5 143gr projectiles. given supplies are very limited, would love a starting point to do a limited ladder test.
rifle: ultralite 110 PRC 6.5 with 24" proof barrel. only powder I can get locally will be RL25.. any info re seating depth etc would be appreciated. intended use is mountain top hunting.thanks
