I was loading 223/5.56's on my Dillon 550 press last month and had 4 rounds left out of 500 and the cam popped off the powder measure, after picking up the parts I noticed the screw that holds it together had stripped the threads out of the hole, mind you this outfit is 39 years old and I have loaded litterly thousands and thousands of rounds since purchasing it in 1984. I took a picture of it and sent it to Dillon and asked them if they had a fix for this problem. I'm guessing my powder measure is a first production model and they have made several changes since then, to end this story I sent the old powder measure to them and a week later I received a brand-new measure complete and there was no charge. A company can't get any better than that. When they say lifetime warranty they mean it.
