New to this rifle, needs some serious love, barrel is a little loose and stock is trash. Smith that does this kind of work? Thanks in advance
Is it a takedown model and when was it made. Check the serial number and it will tell what year it was made. The earlier take downs had square threads and I know a simple way to tighten them!! How bad is the stock??

Boyd’s makes a stock set for the 99. Strangely enough, the only forend they offer is for the takedown.
