Another AccuTrigger question. Trigger tripping below 1.5 lb

I've search among the thousands of Accutrigger posts, also tried the internet, and other forums but am unable to find an answer.

What is causing the trigger to trip when closing the bolt if adjusted below the 1.0 - 1.5 lb mark ?

It’s set too light. The Accutrigger Sear/Trigger shelf engagement is very small. This is why they have virtually no creep. However, it’s also why they can trip. When it’s set so light, there is inadequate preload. This causes the Sear to slip the Trigger shelf as the bolt closes or from a bump on the back of the buttstock.

Just increase the preload some until the problem stops.

I wonder what is the difference in sear and trigger shelf on the target trigger. How does it compare ?

Per the link below, SHARPSHOOTER notes that the difference is the sear engagement angle, but it cant be seen except under a microscope. I'd like to see an image if one exists, because these things interest me.

Yes, the engagement angle is different. But honestly, the surfaces of factory Accutriggers aren’t very flat. I prefer my trigger set up Accutrigger at like 2lbs, over the the Target Accutrigger. When I set up an Accutrigger they have no side play, no gritty feel, no overtravel & they break better. “Weight” as we see it on a trigger pull gauge can be very deceiving.
