    catch, a new member

My name is Martin Kesler, I am 87 yrs young, a disabled Korean vet, a former Judge here in NC, and practiced law for 52 years. Have been retired for some time and now spend my time repairing things, enjoying my you know what collection, reloading jacked and lead bullets. I have collected for more than 60 years, starting in l952,with a Hopkins and Allen 25 rim fire single shot falling block rifle I bought for 6 hard earned dollars. Wish I had it now.....Don't pretend to be a gunsmith, but have repaired many guns over the years, and traded many others. Never hunted much but did send a great number of crows instantly to heaven. I don't do that any more, for there are not many as there used to be. I collected some bounty on them in the 50s. I belong to the cast bullet forum and do a lot of lead casting and paper patching. My favorite is a Marlin Ballard 45 100. I am almost deaf but I also probably talk too much........... Its nice to be with you all..........M
