    Mystery part


    So I’m taking the barreled action out of the stock like I’ve done before. It was upside down in my cleaning vise. When I removed the action this little set screw falls out. I have a Timney trigger so it doesnt look like a trigger part.

    That looks like the wire adjuster screw on a 3screw trigger. It may have still been in the trigger bracket even though you swapped out the actual trigger. And with no wire to hold it tight it is free to spin and fall out.
