Caliber Change?

So if I want to go from say .223 to .308
Is it just a bolt head, magazine and barrel swap?

Should be yes. Only other thing to change would be the front bolt head baffle if your current one has the little “wing” on the side of it to limit bolt travel.. you would need one without that “wing”.
