Hogue stock front action screw offset pillars replacement

Does anyone know where I can get a couple of these offset pillars/bushings for my project? I found this hack for us guys who are limited with stock replacements with 4.27 action screw spacing. Much appreciated

Never seen any special pillars for stocks. Only for the stocks/chassis already outfit with duel locations. The “Hack” in question, as I have seen is simply drilling the front screw hole offset for a pillar. Then bed the pillar in the new drilled position with epoxy. But it’s still using standard pillars.
