$150, 10rnd box mag???

So I found the only aftermarket, CA Compliant, higher capacity box mag. It's for my new Savage Axis II XP Hardwood in .223. Complete with a supplied Bushnell Banner 3-9X40mm scope. Which will be fine for a wood furniture. 223.

Anyway so I saw this magazine from SnyderMags. I found one that's 10rnd, and built very nicely. But the price kicked me between the legs. My big question is has anyone purchased one of these? And will it indeed fit this platform?

Yes, they absolutely will fit. That company is using factory magazines and modifying them. That is why they cost so much. But to your question, if your Axis is equipped with a factory magazine, this will fit as the latching portion IS a factory magazine.

So you can get that mag for $150 but you couldn't just put that money towards a chassis that would accept cheap mags? or is that a problem in CA?
