    Redding Competition Seating Die

Anyone have one? I'm having problems understanding how the allen head adjustment in the top of the micrometer works. I can't seem to get it to turn.

I don't remember. It's been a while since I had one of mine apart. When in doubt...

I have that and have been reluctant to use the force it seems like its going to require to get it loose without knowing what I can accomplish once its free. Can I zero the scale on the front of the die at my preferred seating depth with that adjustment?

I got it loose, but man it was tight. Now that I see how it works, it'll be easy to set to 0 once I decide on a single seating depth.
