I submitted a few requests to re-activate/reset my password for my previous user ID but I have not heard anything back which leads me to believe there might be a firewall issue. I created this user profile so I could try to reach out to a mod through the private messages but since this id is not paid for, i do not have that ability. according to the website registration, my previous user id is still valid and so is my email address that contains the number 13 in it. Please let me know what I can do to restore my previous user profile
