Being it’s single shot, I doubt you’ll have feeding issues.
Did a few searches but not finding much. I converted a 22-250 Stevens 200 to 350 Legend. I just need to figure out the best way to convert it to a single shot to meet Illinois Deer hunting regulations. Thanks!
One other thing.....I used the existing longer 308 style extractor. Could there be any issue with it popping off with the extra potential for travel out towards the bolt edge?

Since it is a Stevens 200 action it is quite possibly a staggerfeed action. Your action screw spacing would be 4.275”(front action screw to front trigger guard action screw). If so you would need a Score-High single shot follower.

If your action screw measurement is 4.400” then the one that Dave posted will work.

It is a non detachable mag single stack internal box style just like the 12fv. Can't remember which bolt spacing it is but it isn't the same as my model 11 youth stock because that stock won't fit. I just can't remember which is which. The Fred Sled appears to be only for detachable mag style unless I am missing something.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page on Dave's link. See "Single-Shot Loading Ramps". I'm currently running two of them in 12 FV"s, they work fine.

replace the spring under the follower with a wood block.
