Just a tip of the hat to Tactical Works. I ordered a Bolt Head parts kit and received not 1, but a total of 5 emails verifying and order shipment, 2 with the Tracking number. Then an additional email from Lisa, a representative there. In the email was a link to a blog showing the installation of the Bolt Head parts. While it was not needed, myself having done this work many times over, I sincerely appreciated this level of customer service. What an outstanding benefit to customers. Giving their customers easy to follow how to links without even being asked. Very thoughtful business practice. If you are in the search for certain parts, give Tactical works a look!
