Not that I don’t get out shooting much anyway, but I really don’t get out during the summer months. I mean nothing! The heat affects me to much. Besides the pain to deal with, I overheat badly. I’m like a prisoner to air conditioning and a fan blowing on me. So, no shooting at all until fall for me. I won’t even get to the Indoor Range for pistol work. It’s frustrating, but oh well. I really hate this.

I feel it's like working out...you have to practice in it and get stronger. But I feel your pain. I am an avid cyclist and as we get older it's the heat that tends to really affect the "mature" riders.

I have been like Dave for about 10 years. I am out and about a lot more. A cool day like 95 used to put the hurt on me. Now it is find some shade every hour and get back in it.
