My brother-in-law has ordered from them numerous times without any issues.
He did order some .308 175gr SMK Bullets 1st loads for a long range class we took together, and shooting them in his Savage Axis (20"?) it dropped to sub-sonic at 1000 yds and the e-score system wouldn't record it.
.308 175gr Lapua Scenar-Ls in my Savage Model 10 (24") made it no problem.
Don't know if that means the Bullets 1st loads were soft, but that was the first thing that came to mind.
