I have a model 24 series N. 22/410. I called Savage for info. They had no records for the series N. Lost some in a fire. If anyone has knowledge about the series n, it will be appreciated.
It appears Savage started using "SERIES <x>" on models at the end of the 60's/early 70's. We have been told the series designation indicates a change of some type to the model, but the change might just be cosmetic. They also changed them very inconsistently from what I've seen. Any idea what year your model 24 dates to? Serial number?
