    Old Owner, New Thread Visitor


    Hello from PA.

    Purchased a MKII FV for my daughter as Christmas gift roughly five years ago. Has Nikon ProStaff 22LR 3-9x rimfire scope mounted with EGW 20 MOA base. At the beginning of the pandemic, I purchased a Boyd's Tactical stock, glass bedded at barrel lug and free floated. Torqued action screws to 25 inch lbs. Limited accuracy improvement versus stock, but still achieving respectable .45-.63 groups at 50 yard zero with several types of ammo from Remington Thunderbolt, Federal AutoMatch, CCI standard 40 gr, and Norma Match-22.

    Would like to try 22LR NRL matches in future.

    Going to start a separate thread because my safety selector switch is not working!
