Internal Magazine Removal

Old Savage 110e long action. Is there a way to pop this mag off without ruining it? I’m working on a pillar and action bedding project. I have a photo but am new to the forum so I may not be able to attach it.

It’s one of those things you just need a “feel” for. First one might give you some trouble. But after doing several, just pick up that certain feel. Then it’s quite easy.

I have a BVSS 25-06 and needed to remove the blind magazine because it would not fit inside of my new Choate stock. A little Youtube research showed me how to do it and it was not too bad. As I recall it just takes a fair amount of pressure on one of the magazine next to the action and it pops right out. I converted that stock to a single feed and love it.
