    Scored a 0.03 MOA cold-bore hit at 481 yards!

Hey guys, just thought I'd share with you a little achievement of mine, showing just how good these Model 10 rifles can be. I scored a 0.03 MOA cold-bore hit at 440 meters or 481 yards. I also restored a 1950s Model 340 in .30-30, showing it off in the second half of the video. Enjoy! http://bit.ly/prc-009

Nice shot...after looking at the video. I never thought about using moa for one shot. It volumes about the accuracy of the shooter, the rifle and the dope.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.

Cheers man, I was actually surprised how many critical comments I got on Facebook, calling it a "one shot group", but the fact is, the best measure of our rifles, ammunition and abilities is what we can do with just one shot. No one shoots groups into distant Elk!

Nice shot, give the 175 SMK and 178 ELD-X factory ammo a try(i know ammo prices are ridiculous). My Gen 2 FCP-SR shoots everything well from factory ammo to handload except 175 smk with IMR4166.

Yep, and it's usually guys that don't even contribute new posts to the group, much less make the effort to publish original content. They're just there to criticize. Thanks for the complement!

Cheers man! I've heard good things about the 175 SMK. I picked up a box of Federal Premium Gold Medal with 185 gr Berger Juggernauts. Looking forward to trying those. Should be great in my 1:10 rifling. Nice to see another guy with an FCP-SR!

    Very cool!

Yeah, you think FacePage was bad for comments, go talk about doing that with a Savage over on Snipershide.

I believe it... Some of those guys should be Democrats - facts don't matter!
