Clear this up for me...the new 110 Tacticals and Varmints

OK...I know that the nomenclature has changed as of 2018 and all TBR Tacticals and Varmints are called Savage 110s. I know that the 110 as a long action was at one time chambered in .223 and short action cartridges as well as long and magnums. ALL on the same long action. Are the new rifles SA and LA but still called 110's? Or are all of the Tacticals and Varmints really LA's chambered in short action calibers with SA DBM's for 6mm/6.5CM/.308 and running LA DBM for the larger 300Mags

I am trying to build a hybrid, an old F prefix serial number LA and put it into a LA Tactical or Varmint AccuFit/AccuStock stock AND run a 6.5CM barrel with DBM...

I like the Aluminum Mini Chassis in the new style stocks as well as the adjustable LOP and Combs but short of trading the LA for a SA I am a standstill.

Any words of wisdom out there?

I believe that the 110 is the long action and the 10 is the short action nowadays.

Perhaps it would be easier to think in terms of action screw spacing.
