where to buy an extractor ?

    hi all,

i just found, and joined this forum, glad to be here !

    i`ve got a 1957 savage 99F lever that i bought a few months back.....caliber 308

i`ve yet to get it to extract properly....spent casings have to be tapped out of the bore with a rod

i may have a bad extractor.....i tried a replacement one from numrich

i had to modify the profile to match my old extractor but i may have taken too much metal off....it lasted 4rds before breaking at the pin hole

i`ve read that in the 99`s,the extractors were different for different calibers

so i`m wondering if anyone knows where to get an extractor made for my 308 caliber
