Would like to see some of the members I have been talking to for years. This is me. 1943 Issue, One Each, White Side Out.

At some point in the next few days I will be 1 year shy of four score. So it probably be prudent if people post photos fairly soon

The green truck is my shooting bench. All the target pics I show are fired off the hood. The cover is genuine PX Issue Marine Corps Camp Lejeune...I was there in 64,65, and 68...drank the water too! Scary!

The ground in the photo is at 7000' elevation in the Basin and Range Bio-Geographical Province of the great South West...specifically the Zuni Mountains of New Mexico.

Well I guess I'll post up my ugly mug at the risk of breaking the internet. Soon to enter into my 48th year according to the diminishing amount of hair on top of my head, the graying of my facial hair, and the need for spectacles.

Heard that! Need for spectacles was the pits for me! Don't know who said "we are like trees...we die from the top down" but they got it right. Thanks James!

Know you are retired USAF...where I live is a test area for Air Force "Spook" stuff...you would not believe the things we have seen in the "wee hours" over the the years. A lot of what passes for "UFO" stuff in the media ain't.

Lake Roosevelt downstream from Lincoln. I spent 4yrs at Tonopah first 3 were during the "black" years, so, yeah, I would believe.

Years ago When we used to have our Pa Savage shoots and actually meet face to face and hang out for the day doing what we love, it was a ton of fun and great to see who we talk to online all the time…

Congrats pdog! We're expecting our 3rd granddaughter first week of October, still remember the first like it was yesterday and she just turned 7!

This thread probably shoulda come up a long time ago. Have been a lot of friends here in the past that I woulda liked to have put a face with the character

Oh yeah. That's why I did it. Kept putting it off and finally said to myself. "William unless you are gonna live to be 100 and taper off a bit you need to get things done like now." I agreed.

Besides faces and stories of our lives give our lives meaning, helps answer those "what the heck does it all mean" questions and hopefully builds friendships....and just maybe help restore a bit of civility to our nation that has gone missing far too long.

One of my favorite places of all time. I wish i could see the photos. I think my computer/browser does not show the BBCode versions. Realizing that everyone that uses it I can't see them. My loss. Maybe I can figure it out.
