    Cool Hello to all.


    Retired Navy CPO, 2nd Amendment supporter
    I have just purchased my first Savage. Axis XP 223.
    After my first day at the range I'm here to learn from all of you.
    I hope to learn what I can do to make the rifle better. (Stock, Trigger etc.)

    JB weld the recoil lug and front of the action.

    I replaced my trigger springs.

    Just shoot it. It will get better as everything smooths out.
