Happy Turkey day fellas.

Hope the day works out for everyone as these times dictate.
I made a decision to stay put as did my brother and son, with
his familiy. I got my boy a deep turkey fryer for an early Christmas
present. The plan is to smoke the turkey for 4 hours, then finish it
off in the fryer. He'll do a drive by tomorrow and drop some off.
in the meantime, I have this large pile of turkey wings I've' been
meaning to do Buffalo style. Nothing traditional, just a
change up.
