Savage 110 Precision Bolt-Action Rifle 300winmag firing pin issues

After 30 rounds, the firing pin began malfunctioning. Failing to impact the primer. Is this a known problem for the mechanism? Could this be a cartage issue? Please comment what you think may be causing this issue.

If it is an Accutrigger you need to make sure you are completely depressing the blade before you touch the trigger shoe. There is a correct way to squeeze the trigger and maybe a couple of incorrect ways.

If it is not you then get some help and adjust the trigger to a higher pull weight.

I am betting it is the former.
