    Fail to fire / extracting

I just swapped the barrel on a mark ii 22lr and it’s not firing or extracting.
rifle cocks, pull the trigger and get a loud click with no firing pin mark on the bullet.

Sounds like there is either a headspace issue or an obstruction. Is it an accutrigger?
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.

    Is the trigger set lite?
Or tighten the trigger and see what happens.
The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
