Axis II Recoil Pad Replacement

Has anyone changed their recoil pad on the Axis II? The way the factory pad is shaped I’m having a hard time locating an after market pad to fit.

I’ve looked at the Limbsaver slip over pads but I’d like to keep the LOP down.

Definitely could change the stock but wanted to see if anyone had success going this route.
