I have a new custom 300wsm barrel on a long action small shank receiver. The cases were doing the typical extract but not eject out of the receiver. Bought the ejection and extraction upgrade. Now the cases come out but catch the lip on the extractor and stick out the ejection port. Anybody have this happen and what can I try. Any help will be appreciated

Push feed or controlled round feed bolt head?
Push feed. Going to try the factory detent ball and see if that works. Won't be till I get back from an elk hunt in two weeks. Just switched to my 7stw barrel for the hunt

Well Well returned from a successful elk trip and installed the factory detent ball. Worked so thanks to Sharpshooter. The 7 STW did it's job well as my elk dropped where he stood. The Woodleigh bullet worked very well.
