    Question - Mark II GL

Hi, all. I just picked up a Savage Mark II GL (the left-handed version). Happy to say that the Accutrigger seems to pull at 2lbs right out of the box. Seems smooth, but I haven't shot it yet.

Next I need to transfer a scope from another rifle. Can anyone recommend a variety of piccatinny rail? Any idea what dimensions would be necessary? Do I need to order a lefty version of the rail?

I bought the right handed version for my Mark II G - and couldn't be happier with the fit and finish. DIP has exceeded my expectations on everything I've purchased from them.

I also added the thicker bottom plate and metal trigger guard

If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is!
