Question returning my Model 10T-SR 6.5 CM

Question is I do not have the original sale slip I paid cash and guess I tossed the receipt. However I did cut the original label from the box with Cabalas POS mark and savage's serial number. Will this be a problem with savage.

I have a new savage which has a very sloppy bolt action. Pull bolt back and eject shell then bolt is very hard to return to battery. I have to raise up and easy bolt into position for it to return, Also the bolt will not strip a round from magazine. I own two other perfect savages and quite disappointed with this one.
