Savage 110 Engage Hunter xp LA (After market Stock question)

I have a 110 Engage hunter xp in 30-06 and I'm having trouble figuring out how to order an after market stock for it. Its a 110 action but has the cheap axis removable box magazine and a bottom bolt release. Also the removable magazine has a plastic bottom that has a clip on the front of the mag and thats how it attaches to the stock. It attaches straight to the stock and has no bottom metal on the stock(hopefully these details are relevant). I ordered a stock from Bell and Carlson(Savage Sporter style, detachable mag, Long Action 1017 bottom bolt release) and it doesn't fit. I looks like i need some sort of base plat to make it fit. I started looking at blind-mag, center feed and stagger feed and I can't figure out which it is. from what I can figure out it looks like it would need the center feed stock. I don't care about having the removable magazine bc I'm doing all of this for improved accuracy. Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you call Bell and Carlson about this?

You are going to need a DBM frame assembly (surround) that accepts the Axis-style magazine plastic magazine bottom cap. A few years ago Savage Arms stared molding the frame assembly into many of the cheap Savage factory stocks that come with Axis-style magazines. There is a LA plastic DBM frame assembly that will work with Axis-style bottom caps. I’d also replace the plastic trigger guard with a metal BBR trigger guard. However, since you upgraded the stock, I would contact Savage Arms and order a LA metal BBR frame assembly, metal magazine bottom cap and metal BBR trigger guard. This will help optimize the accuracy potential of your rifle. Your current magazine box snaps onto the metal magazine bottom cap.

Thank you for taking the time to explain this in detail! I really appreciate it! I have ordered the part and am just waiting for it to arrive!
