Choate LA centerfeed update

I just called Choate and they informed me they have no plans to make stocks for long action centerfeeds :-[

Hopefully they will identify the shortcoming of aftermarket stocks for the LA's and tool up for them...

Tape your centerfeed box to your action (in the correct orientation), apply a little bedding compound to the bottom of the internal mag box area, apply release agent to the centerfeed box......bolt the action to the stock....peel it out in the morning. You now have a LA CF Choate stock.

I converted a B & C Medalist Tactical from SF to CF...in basically the same manner. Had to drill the a new hole for the 4.4" spacing instead of the 4.25". Worked well.
