savage arms favorates 200 .308 scope

the scope it came with is 3x9x40 waterproof that's all it says on the scope i was wondering what model so i can look up the manual and specs on this scope any help appreciated

It's probably one of the "bargain basement" Bushnells.

My Stevens 200 combo pack came with the Bushnell Sharpshooter 3x9x40 scope.

I'll add my two cents.

I have several Sharpshooters and the next in line, Sportsmans. A few are the older vintage, but most are within 10 yrs old. I've never had a problem with either model. However, I've never had one on any caliber in the .308 recoil class.

The Sharpshooters are relegated to rimfires. The Sportsmans are on .223's, .357 & .44 Mag rifles and rimfires.
