I don't have any experience with them and I like the conversation on new ideas. However, my days of being a guinea pig are behind me.
I have not heard of anyone having any claims of better accuracy. Some loss of speed maybe....
Anyone ever have any experience with a 6MM with a 3 R rifling ?? A new barrel maker is offering Savage and other "perfits" and they use a 3 R rifling in their 6 MM barrels

The Dunning-Kruger effect is alive and well.
Typically 3 groove barrels with a fast twist are not bullet friendly.

I had an outfit give me a 6mm 1-8 twist 3 groove barrel for review. The lands were as narrow as a razors edge. 105's came apart @ 3000 fps....95's seem to hold together at that speed.

Lilja has been doing 3 groove barrels for some time now.
They make good barrels but more traditional rifling tops
the leader boards. Maybe should add though that the guy's
shooting the 50's like them.
Keeping my bad Karma intact since 1952
See (*) (*) the part where I say 3 R ?? two of you'll mention 3 groove but don't say anything about them being cut in the "R" style.
True, IF it were the hottest thing going, winning 1 & 200 yd, BR match's shooting into the "1's & "2's" and /or winning F & F/T match's then everyone would either have one or be talking getting a barrel with it in it. Not, just two barrel makers offering it .
I have a .243 3R barrel... Lands are 1/3rd the width of the grooves. Shoots 108 ELD-Ms at 3050+ just fine.
Have an 800 yard range north of Denton. Makes it fun to bang steel at a distance.
