I just put a Boyd’s stock on my Axis. Anybody have a use for the plastic one?

Somebody will. I sent mine to a fellow when I put my Boyd's on.

    Which Boyd's did you get?

I sold my old plastic stock at a gun auction. I didn’t get much $ but cleaned up my gun locker

Kept mine and filled all voids in forearm and receiver area, hogged out the forestock to accept full bull barrel and then set it up for long-range switch barrel. Then got a Boyd's varminter and set up for the same and can now shoot .308/7.62, 6.5 Creedmore, 6.5X55 Swede, .257 Roberts and any other cartridge with .308 rim size that I care to buy replacement barrels for. Now looking at an MTD Oryx chassis to add to this set-up.

I got the Prarie Hunter in Nutmed. Had them put on the Oak Leaf Skip Line Checkering with high gloss finish. I think it came out beautiful. If I can figure out how I will put pictures out so you can see it. First time I have ever done a stock.
