    Good morning and hello from Texas


    I just joined SavageShooters.com and am looking forward to visiting from time to time to learn more about the vintage Model 99s. My grandfather had one and I took my first whitetail with it in the late 50's.

    I found an old 99 in 300 Savage that was made in 1941 a few weeks ago and am enjoying having one in my collection.
