I am trying to replace the bolt handle and can't figure out how to remove the bolt uncocked. Any info would be appreciated.

Bottom bolt release? Push in on the bolt release and pull the trigger back at the same time. Thumb on trigger and index finger on bolt release is how I do it. The bolt has to be in the up position.

You'll have to push the cocking pin until it releases the FP so you can insert the Allen wrench in the BAS.
