It’s either 1:9 or 1:12. If you give use the exact model you have we can tell you. Or, simply search as mnbogboy2 pointed out.
But No, there are no markings indicating the twist rate on your rifle.
Easy to figure if you have the barrel. Put snug patch on cleaning jag & rod, mark rod so you can see it rotate. Push rod one revolution, measure distance rod moved.
The 12FVs are 1:12 as far as I know. Mine is.
The number is G601589. I am not sure what FV is. It just says Model 12. It has the synthetic stock and the heavy barrel.
If it's a blued barrel, it's a 12FV or variant with a 1-12" twist. If it's a stainless steel barrel, it's most likely (99.9%) a 1-12" twist. However, Savage did offer a 1-9" twist 22-250 option on the Model 12 Long Range Precision Varmint (LRPV), 12 Varmint Low Profile (VLP), and 12 BVSS models for a half-dozen years or so.
The LRPV's use a Target action with the Target AccuTrigger (red AccuBlade), are large-shank actions, 26" non-fluted SS bull barrel (1" @ muzzle), and come with a HS Precision stock making them pretty easy to identify.
The VLP and BVSS both come fitted with brown laminate stocks, LEO/varmint AccuTrigger, and a fluted 26" varmint contour barrel (around 0.800" @ muzzle)/
The 12FV's are all matte blued with a non-fluted varmint contour barrel, LEO/Varmint AccuTrigger, and a basic black synthetic stock.

If original barrel, call Savage. They will answer you exactly.
I called Savage and it is 1 in 12. I was pretty sure it was but it is good to know for sure. What is the heaviest bullet I can shoot with good stabilization?
I’d say up to 60grain for punching holes. *Maybe* 69grain, but I wouldn’t think anything over. I bet 55grain ate going to be more it’s “cup of tea”. But you’ll just need to try some different.
If it is something other than a standard twist for the caliber, it will be marked on the barrel in parenthesis.
