Action screw toerque with Accustocks ?

Does anyone know what Savage recommends as tightens torque for the action mounting screws for Accustocks with the Alum bedding blocks ??

THANK YOU , I needed to pull the action to measure the BBl. channel's ID, so now I know the proper way to tighten the screws. Might try to find replacements , but with hex head heads.
