Bolt body and magazine question

I have a 110 BA LE in 300 win mag. Do any other mags work beside the 3.850 Savage mags? Also, keep the stock bolt body or will the savage fluted or polished bolt body smooth out the cycling? Thanks!

Any AI style mags of the appropriate size should work.
