    Which trigger guard

I’m picking up a Boyd’s stock. I’d like a metal trigger guard. The site says the inlet for a flat bottom guard. I know savage makes different guards but is there only one flat bottom guard? Anyone know where I can get one? I looked at a few different sites but there are were no pictures and nothing that said flat bottom. Thanks.

I have a bottom bolt release M11 and I put a Gun Shack metal guard on my Boyd's Featherlight thumbhole stock. Easy swap-out; though you have to reuse the plunger and spring.

Well some of the pictures I’ve seen it almost looks like it’s stepped abit. So I’d assume it’s one that’s straight across. That’s why I was trying to find pictures of the guards on the sites I was looking st.

You do want to make sure you get the right one. Where is the bolt release on your Savage? Boyd's will send you the stock if you specify and Gun Shack will have the suitable guard if you order properly.

I have a top bolt release. I’m ordering one that looks like the top guard in your picture.
