Bolt head size help please...

Can a .22-250 Savage 12 LRPV be used to build a 6 MM BR or .260 Rem without swapping the bolt heads? Or do I need to get a different bolt head?

Only time a bolt head change is needed is going from standard 30-06, 308 type cartridges (.473) to .223 (.378) or one of the belted magnums.
