    Difference between 110 and 110FP

Planning on rebarrelling (for a Shillen 1" x 24") and re-stocking a model 110 for benchrest. For the gunstock, what would be the difference between a 110 and a 110FP ? I have to do a bedding job anyway so would a 110FP gunstock fit on a model 110 ?

The 110 was the designation for all Long actions in the past, but is now used for both long & short action. The 110FP was a long action Police model. The F designated Synthetic stock & the P was Police. Yes, any stock for long action will fit.

Thanks much. I'll go ahead and get a stock meant for the 110FP and put it on my 110.
