    can you tell me what i have ? WE HAVE AN ANSWER


    i traded for a used savage 10 308
    what i know:
    muzzle is aprox 0.83 dia, 24" bbl black
    bolt is black with a large/long tactical knob, cylinder. spaced knurling
    stock is plastic, but much stronger stiffer than entry level stocks
    accutrigger
    "k" serial number

    mine is marked 10
    my stock has the layout for 2 sling studs, yes 2(edited)

    your pic is too dark to see details..yes it is a black on black rifle
    my stock fore arm is wider than the basic plastic stock

    I’m stumped Mike?? Have you tried searching the serial number? Or call Savage with the number? Maybe they can tell you?


    Yeah, I was thinking that Robin... the FP-HS. But don’t think it has the the Indian logo on the bottom of the pistol grip.

    And the FP-HS has the standard large head bolt knob..but that could have been changed easy enough.

    Yeah, that’s why I didn’t ask about it. No “mistaking” the the FP-HS or FCP McMillan.

    so the answer is:
    a 10t
    cabela's special
    5r rifling 1/10
    an in-house stock but yes heavier than a normal light weight polymer stock
    as to the date serial is k210xxx came out in mar of 2016

    i think not an sr...no threaded nuzzle, no accustock i pre-curser to the sr

    Yes you’re correct. The 10tr & 10t-sr came after the Cabelas’ exclusive 10T. I believe it is an accustock though. Any info you can find on it lists the 10t as having Accustock.

    It does. I use too have one in 308. 10-T with an Athlon Argos, Wicked accurate with a 168gn smk.

    well i have not had it apart,
    but
    savage said it did NOT have an accustock
    i hate the stupid bolt release hide the take down bolt design

    so i had it apart this week,i has a near full length alum sub chassis.
    i worked up a load with n140/lapua 185's that will stay inside 3" at 600
    with a vortex 6-24x scope.

    The bottom bolt release and the aluminum chassis says it has an Accu-stock.
    The normal Savage plastic factory stock doesn't have an aluminum chassis and has a top bolt release.
