Old model, no longer in production.
I searched high and low and could not find the answer. My guess would be Drake Associates since the make the Stealth and Stealth Evolution chassis for Savage. Just a guess though. Are you looking to buy one?
Hello fellas, I bought one from Classic Firearms a few weeks ago, this is one heck of a rifle, one ragged hole with 168 FGMM, im thrilled. This model has some nice features, McCann Industries MIRS Rail, very nice magazine system, Accurate Mags, and the Stock, I would like to know who made it.
The only negative thing i noticed is the bolt travel is not smooth, sticks a little as i push and pull, even without loading a round, any ideas on that ?
I think I found who stock this is,
McRees Precision
Drake does not make any chassis. They have MDT, CADEX, etc make chassis to their specs. I have one of their Hunter/Stalker chassis systems, and it is essentially an MDT LSS with some upgrades that they spec'd out.
As DavidD stated, McRees was the manufacturer of the BA Tactical chassis. I had a couple and miss them. They were built like tanks. Very solid, heavy, and the ones with the PRS2 had plenty of adjustment for any size shooter. A few months back a few came up on ebay and sold for about $450 or so IIRC. For a tactical/bench gun I would prefer the BA Tactical stock. For a hunting rifle or something like PRS I would prefer the Stealth (modified MDT LSS) as it's more lightweight and maneuverable.

According to Savage- and Drake Industries- the Stealth chassis is made by Drake:

I'm holding a 110 Stealth in .338 I just purchased a few weeks ago- no maker identification. Why are you suggesting the info on Savage's website is incorrect?
The Savage website does not state that Drake makes the chassis. It simply states: "...mated to a custom version of the Drake Hunter/Stalker monolithic chassis, which has been modified to Savage’s specifications."
Drake's website states (https://drakeassociates.us/product/h...ersal-chassis/) "...Hunter Stalker LWSS Chassis is made Exclusively for Drake Associates by Modular Driven Technologies/MDT"
The one right now for sale on eBay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Savage-L-A-...k/323821665091) in the 5th picture shows a statement on the side of the receiver of "MDT MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR DRAKE ASSOCIATES", which matches the one in my hand perfectly.
MDT's website (https://mdttac.com/us_en/partners-of-mdt) states: "Our MDT chassis is the foundation of Savage's Law Enforcement Series rifle. The 110 BA Stealth features factory Blue Printed Savage Action, M-LOK forend, One-Piece Picatinny Rail, Fab Defense GL-SHOCK Buttstock, Muzzle Brake."
The two Stealths I used to have (never had a 338, but its minimally different) had MDT milled into the chassis just forward of the recoil lug cutout.
I say again, Drake does not make a chassis. They have MDT and CADEX make them to their custom specifications. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Drake Industries and have plenty of experience with several of their products. Huge fan. Just trying to clear up that they do not make a chassis.

I pulled my Savage 10 BA Stealth barreled action out of the chassis. MDT is milled in the forend area of the chassis. Interesting..........
